I can’t thank Alan at Iconic Tire enough for the wonderful service he provided my daughter today. My daughter was driving here from Vegas yesterday when she had an issue with her tire sensor. She made it safely thank goodness, but while I was waiting for her to arrive, I was able to use the Iconic Tire request an appointment button on the website since they were closed for Christmas , and Jeff responded promptly to me via text. He asked me questions about what the issue was, then told me to bring the car in today at 730 am and he would give all the information to Alan . Once we arrived at 730 am , Alan was waiting and knew exactly what needed to be addressed. They promptly got the car in at 8 am when the techs arrived, fixed the issue and did an oil change, we were out the door at 930 am and able to start our day. THANK YOU ALAN AND JEFF for all you help and excellent service.
