"By far the cheapest and best customer service ever! Glad my truck oversized tires could be replaced for $700 cheaper than competitors! (35x12.5x20 Toyo open country a/t3) also, ask for JORDAN 👍🏽 I need to add and let everyone know there’s no going wrong with ionic tire company! Just to inform everyone, I had a tire that was damaged un-fixable and with no if it’s or buts the tire was replaced immediately all I had to pay was the tire tax on all the cost of the tire and the warranty to start over again. Once again I’m very pleased with their service. PS. Thanks for replacing my wheel stud at no additional cost!"

"I own Brothers Mobile Tires, and today while I was out on a job, I realized my wheel balancer wasn’t calibrated, so I couldn’t properly balance a set of 35x12.50R20 tires. I stopped by Iconic Tire and Service Center, and even though they were busy with customers, they got me in right away after hearing I was trying to get my customer’s vehicle finished. It’s always great to see a shop willing to help another business. They balanced the tires quickly, did a great job, and helped me keep my customer happy. "I want to take a moment to commend the absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service provided by Iconic Tire on Riggs Rd. With the wear and tear of tires, coupled with AZ heat, they made the purchase of a full set of new tires extremely easy (Buy two, get two free). They were able to get me in and out the same day. When I ran over a screw not long after (bad luck, I know)- they were able to take the tire at 5:30pm and get it patched and ready to put back on first thing the following morning. They are efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. Guys, I appreciate you, but hope I don't need to see you for a while. It is very comforting, however, to know that I can count on Iconic on Riggs being there to provide honest and exemplary service when the need arises. Highly recommend!"

"😀This was the first time that we brought our truck here. 🛻 Our previous mechanic retired and we were looking for a trustworthy place to do maintenance on our older vehicle. We had received a coupon/sales flier in the mail and checked the Google reviews online. This was the closest of the Iconic Tire shops to us, but all of the locations had very good customer reviews. We didn't have an appointment, but they were able to take our vehicle and complete the work needed in a few hours. The mechanic/technician did suggest some additional services, but was not pushy about recommendation. You can check their website to see which preventive maintenance services or repairs each location does. They also have the coupons/deals available on their webpage."
